Sports ARL is the Arlington area's first comprehensive youth sports directory—created by a local parent who knew there had to be a better way to find leagues and clinics without missing deadlines.

We've gathered 200+ leagues and clinics across Arlington, Falls Church, Alexandria, and McLean—covering 15+ sports from soccer to adaptive programs. Filter by sport, age, location, and season. All in one place.
Why We Exist
Because finding youth sports shouldn't mean checking dozens of websites and hoping you don't miss a deadline. Every season, parents scramble to figure out which leagues or clinics are open, when registration closes, and where their kids can play. We're here to fix that—making sports discovery simple, organized, and stress-free.
Who We Are
I'm Anne Lyons Knapp, an Arlington parent who created Sports ARL and Camp ARL because our community needed a better way to find and register for youth programs. What started as a solution for my own family has become a resource for our community.
